Checked live on the Gambling Commission’s register on 9 July 2026: the pre-Apollo flagship account, International Game Technology PLC (41794), surrendered all four of its UK licences — casino, gambling software, and machine-technical remote and non-remote — on 8 July 2025, a week after the Apollo-Everi deal completed; that entity no longer supplies the UK. In its place, a reorganised family of IGT-branded accounts (mostly effective from 6 September 2024, set up ahead of the sale) now holds the active UK licences, all headquartered at the group’s Las Vegas address: IGT (64569) and IGT UK Interactive Limited (64570) for gambling software, IGT-UK Gaming Limited (64568) for machine-technical hardware remote and non-remote, and IGT (Gibraltar) Limited (64577) for game-hosting casino supply, alongside further software and hardware accounts spread across the group (IGT (UK2) Limited, IGT Europe Gaming B.V., IGT D&B d.o.o. Beograd, IGT EMEA Gaming Kft, IGT Technology Development (Beijing)) and IGT Malta Casino Limited (60415) for casino hosting from Malta, active since June 2025. The iSoftBet studio arm’s licence — software and game host, active since August 2019 — still sits at account 54705, though its registered name is now ISB Albion Limited; the original iSoftBet vehicle, 39527, surrendered its licences in a 2019 group restructure.
