Who is Adell?

Adell Games is the online and land-based gaming brand used by the Czech company ADELL TRADING a.s. The strongest identity evidence is the Czech state ARES economic-subject record for company number 24736732. It gives the current trading name, Czech joint-stock legal form and registered office at Washingtonova 1568/23, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1.

ARES also records VAT number CZ24736732 and a current-entity start date of 16 September 2010. The official Adell site prints the same company and VAT numbers and the same Prague headquarters, alongside a working contact address at Na Rybníku 1057 in Uherské Hradiště.

The website’s history begins in 2005 with Apex Trading a.s., says Petr Zámečník became its sole owner in 2009 and says the company was renamed ADELL TRADING a.s. in November 2011. That is the studio’s corporate-history narrative. The ARES date describes the current registered subject, so this page publishes both dates and does not pretend they answer the same question.

The group website adds that Adell Holding a.s. became the owner in a 2023 restructuring while Petr Zámečník remained the sole shareholder. The gaming website’s contact section is headed ADELL HOLDING a.s., but its company number and catalogue history point to ADELL TRADING a.s. as the games supplier. Brand, operating company and holding company are therefore recorded separately.

The 2011 timeline also introduces NEXT DATA s.r.o. as a business established to develop software and hardware for the gaming industry. Bonus Collect, jackpots, bonus buy and risk

Bonus Collect is Adell’s most distinctive portfolio-level mechanic. The site says collected stones can accumulate progressively without depending on the current stake and that saved progress can continue into later play. The wording needs game-level clarification because persistence, prize value and stake treatment are mathematically important.
